80 tons of fabrics in rolls enter this department every month to be manufactured by about a hundred specialized workers.
In addition to the sewing machine division, the unit has a spreading machine, textile cutting presses, a needle and metal detector, 9 tufting machines, 2 knitting machines, 2 special DTY yarn machines and specialized circular machines for cut fibers.
We also have “mat coating/textile coating application”, “bonding/welding” and “quilting/stitching” machines.
A brand new machine addition completes this non-exhaustive list, in the “CM NOW” department (“Concept Manufacturing Non Woven”), ultra automated and using the best innovative technologies.
