CM NOW (Concept Manufacturing Non Woven /Non Tissé) uses woven and non-woven, as well as standard textiles to develop products for all types of uses (single-use, short-use, long-use…), with grammage and quality customizable according to needs. By using specifics assembly methods (ultrasonic, multi-layer…), we can mass produce composites to offer relevant products in terms of efficiency/price ratio.
AUTOMATIZATION
Thanks to its 20 years of experience, Concept Manufacturing has been able to develop fully automated production units made up of specific versatile machines. Dedicated to the production of composite microfibers, the units in place allow unique precision and technicality. Thus, the manufacture of a microfiber textile can be done with very little human intervention, from the thread to the finishes.
